On behalf of Chatel Reizen, we warmly welcome you to Haus Schönjochl! Chatel Reizen is a Dutch travel provider, specializing for over 30 years in the catered chalet concept, where you are looked after by our Dutch-speaking chalet staff, who also speak English and German. In addition to seamlessly managing the chalet's housekeeping and providing the optional generous breakfast, afternoon tea, and coffee after dinner (please note, not included with all room types), they also serve as your host(ess) and point of contact.

Haus Schönjochl can accommodate up to 27 guests. It features a 3-person apartment, a 4-person apartment, and a chalet suitable for up to 20 people. There are two booking options for the chalet: you can either book the entire chalet or rent one or more individual rooms, which are part of the chalet. Please note that the entire chalet and the individual rooms cannot be booked simultaneously to prevent double bookings. If one or more rooms in the chalet are booked, the remaining rooms will be available for rental to other guests. Additionally, once any room has been booked, it is no longer possible to reserve the complete chalet. The maximum occupancy for the chalet (including the rooms) is 20 guests. Please ensure that your booking stays within this limit. Haus Schönjochl is a spacious, very cozy, and comfortable chalet, offering both individual rooms and a number of self-catering apartments. When booking, please pay attention to whether breakfast is included with your room type, as this is not the case for all room types! Meals: If you have booked a room, your stay includes a generous breakfast buffet. Please note that you cannot cook in the chalet yourself, as there is no guest kitchen available. If you book an apartment, you will be staying on a self-catering basis, and no meals are included; however, the apartments do have their own kitchens. Linen in winter: Upon arrival at the chalet, your beds will be made, and towels will be provided (2 per person). For stays of 5 nights or longer, towels will be changed mid-week. Linen in summer: Towels/linen are not included, but it is possible to book a linen package.

Fiss is located on the sun terrace of Tyrol, high above the Inn Valley. The surrounding areas primarily block bad weather and offer Fiss, which faces south, more than 2000 hours of sunshine per year. The ability to ski on the north side and the many snow cannons ensure good piste conditions throughout the year. Fiss has remained a charming Tyrolean mountain village with a pleasant balance between rural charm and tourism. For uncomplicated après-ski in an ancient 'Wirtshaus' or going out in the evening, Fiss is an excellent choice. Good après-ski can be found, for example, at the Hexenalm and Hackl's Kaller, both within walking distance of Haus Schönjochl.
