We are a quality-tested bike accommodation! This means optimal in-house service for all bike lovers, among others: locked bike room, washing area, information corner, repair kit, athlete's breakfast, etc. Guided bike tours with host Patrick - Bike Skull Ischgl - bookable for charge!

We are an Apart Garni, which means we rent either APARTMENTS or DOUBLE ROOMS. The apartments are without board and have a kitchen. Breakfast is available for guests of the apartments for an extra charge (in summer only until mid os September possible). The double rooms with sofa bed include breakfast. ATTENTION: The category double room with sofa bed does NOT have a kitchen! In summer (mid of July until mid of September) the Silvretta Card Premium is included.

In winter, the winter hiking trail and the cross-country ski run are right by the house, the ski bus stop Paznaun Brücke is only 1 minute away on foot. The Silvretta cable car is approx. 400 meters away. In summer, the bike path runs right past the house. The outdoor swimming pool can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
