L'Hotel Schwärzler, de gestió familiar, es troba a 15-20 minuts a peu del nucli antic de Bregenz, a 500 m de la sortida Weidach de l'autopista A14 i a 2 km de Seebühne i de la zona del festival de Bregenz. El gimnàs de 110 metres quadrats, la sauna, el llit solar i la cabina d'infrarojos són d'ús gratuït. Hi ha WiFi gratuïta. L'Hotel Schwärzler compta amb dos restaurants, la Brasserie Karl i el restaurant gourmet Babenwohl, que serveix plats tradicionals amb un toc modern i ofereix seients al jardí d'estiu.
