Hótelið okkar er staðsett miðsvæðis í hjarta Linz, í stúdentagarðinum Dr. Karl Grünner Haus, sem er staðsettur í OÖ Heimbarein. Hótelið er staðsett í miðbæ Linz, í 10 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá aðaltorginu og í 8 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá Dóná og Lentos-listasafninu. Sjálfsalar með drykkjum og snarli og sameiginlegt eldhús eru í boði. Innritun í móttökunni er alltaf í boði frá klukkan 16:00 til 19:00. Hægt er að koma eftir klukkan 19:00 gegn beiðni og fyrirfram greiðslu.
Pör eru sérlega hrifin af staðsetningunni — þau gáfu henni einkunnina 8,8 fyrir tveggja manna ferðir.
