Offering a sun terrace, APT. STONE-LODGE is situated in Salzburg, 200 metres from Kapuzinerberg & Capuchin Monastery. Salzburg Cathedral is 400 metres away. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. All units have a dining area. There is one roof top terrace that can be used commonly. All of the units offer a kitchen, some of them with dishwasher. Each unit features a private bathroom with free toiletries. Towels are available. You can engage in various activities, such as golfing and cycling. Mozart's Birthplace is 500 metres from APT. In search of a new challenge, I took over the beautiful building in Steingasse and turned it into a unique guest house.
The building is from the 15th century and has been renovated with great attention to detail.
We have by far the best location for guests from all over the world who don't want to miss our beautiful city with our natural city mountains.

APT Stone Lodge
The 1540 built, historical and monumentally protected house consists of 5, completely renovated and lovingly designed apartments and a freely accessible roof terrace. This offers a fantastic view of the fortress and the old town of Salzburg.
Thanks to its central location, the Stone Lodge is only a few steps away from most sights such as Hohensalzburg Fortress, Salzburg Cathedral, Mozart's birthplace and Getreidegasse. The Stone Lodge is located in the historic Steingasse and combines historical ambience with modern design, which adorn the listed house. Due to the historical structure of the house, the Stone Lodge has no lift, varying room heights and is equipped with listed historical doors and windows. The modern renovated rooms, directly on the rock of the Capuchin mountain, which are partly visible in the building, as well as the works of art, give the apartments their unique charm.
The roof terrace with the unique view of the fortress and the old town rounds off the extraordinary ambience.

Steingasse is located in the center of Salzburg's old town and is the perfect starting point for sightseeing, restaurants, shopping and so much more.
The property is particularly suitable for couples, tourists or business travelers, families and groups.
Thanks to its central location, you can reach Salzburg Cathedral after 400m, Mozart's birthplace after 500m, Getreidegasse after 600m and the fortress after 800m. Easy and quick on foot.
Right next to the entrance of the APT - Stone Lodge is something known mostly only to locals, which is the steak restaurant Maier's and a few meters further - the old Austrian restaurant Andreas Hofer.
For the night owls, many bars and pubs are within a 5 - minute walk.

Please note that this historic property with its steep staircase is not suitable for handicapped guests. The staircase is partly steep and narrow - please consider this also concerning your luggage.
