Located in the middle of the Lienz Dolomites, the property is ideal for hiking and mountain biking in the summer. There are trails in Villgratental, as well as the longest cycle path in the Dolomites, between San Candido/Innichen and Lienz. During the winter guests can enjoy the Thurnthaler ski slopes which are 10 minutes away by car, as well as "Dolomiti Superski" which is the Alps' largest ski circuit.
