Our Accommodation: Villa P24 in Imst offers a holiday apartment (approx. 90m², 3 bedrooms) located on the ground floor of our two-family home. It features a separate entrance and a terrace with seating, inviting you to relax and unwind. The apartment includes: A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. A spacious bathroom with a shower and sink. The toilet is located next to the bathroom, along with an additional large sink. A washing machine is available in the hallway leading to the bathroom (use is free of charge, but detergent is not provided). Bedroom Details: Room 1 (approx. 16m²): 140cm bed with bedding, TV, desk, chair, and wardrobe. Room 2 (approx. 15m²): 180cm bed with bedding, TV, desk, chair, bookshelf, large wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Room 3 (approx. 20m²): 140cm bed with bedding, TV, desk, chair, large wardrobe, and a small sofa.

In 2024, we decided to rent out the ground-floor apartment in our two-family house. The house was originally built in 1962 by Ella and Hans Trenkwalder and has been continuously expanded and modernized over the generations. Despite these updates, it has retained its charm and is located on a quiet residential street that leads into a popular walking trail. Together with our three children, Emma, Moritz, and Klara, we live here and look forward to welcoming you to our home.

Our home is located in a very quiet and pleasant residential street. Since Imst is relatively small, most key locations are reachable by car within 5–10 minutes (city center, shopping mall, cinema, gas stations, mountain railways, ski area, summer toboggan run, tennis club, etc.). Public bus stops (e.g., for ski and hiking buses) are just a 5-minute walk away.
