The property is right on the lake and has private access to the lake. At least 2 parking spaces. This holiday home offers 4 bedrooms and a large terrace with barbecue facilities.
There is also a balcony, a sauna, a fitness room and a fully equipped kitchen. Free WiFi, TV, game console (PS 4) and a spacious living room. 2000m2 garden
In the immediate vicinity you can go skiing, cycling and horseback riding. There are plenty of other activities for every season.
Several shopping possibilities, museums......

It is 35 km to Bad Kleinkirchheim and 10 km to Villach. The nearest airport is 47km from the property. The local train station is a 7-minute walk away.
