Situated in Capel Sound, centrally located on the Mornington Peninsula, this self-contained holiday home is located 5 minutes' walk to the beach. The house includes free WiFi, quality bed linen, towels and a private garden with an alfresco deck.
The house boasts air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher. There is 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a full-size laundry, free on-site parking and a lock up garage.
The house is situated within 500 m of the Peninsula public bus exchange.
Guests can enjoy various activities in the surrounding area including golf, diving and the wineries. The world class Peninsula Hot Springs are a 10-minute drive away. Portsea is 18 km from 4Shore whilst Rye is 7 km from the property. Melbourne International Airport is 110 km away.
