Sitting just 2km from the heart of Adelaide CBD, Adelaide Caravan Park offers easy access to many attractions in Adelaide, including the Adelaide Zoo, Central Market and the Botanic Garden. There are numerous accommodation options available, including cabins, villas and powered sites. We have free onsite parking for all guests. Other facilities at the property include a BBQ area and a communal outdoor kitchen. There are laundry facilities and WiFi access is available.

As we are located only 2km from the city, take the time to explore the Modern & Traditional Architecture, Shopping, Culture, Food & Drink that Adelaide has to offer - It’s a 30-minute walk away!
Our Lovely Self-contained cabins with parking alongside offers a range of unique features to suit any type of holiday and make you feel right at home. We are confident that your stay with us will provide you with a relaxed enjoyable experience, please kick your feet up and if we can assist with any aspect of your stay let one of the staff members know.

Adelaide Caravan Park is situated in a safe, quiet, leafy neighborhood. A stroll through the surrounding streets will lead right to the door step of the famous St Peters Seventh Ave Bake house. Botanic Park is home to world class headline acts and the annual WOMADelaide Festival. Walk along the river Torrens and lose yourself in the botanical gardens, on the edge of the city. Kids can spend their days in the pool or at the playground next door and for the bigger kids Free Bikes are available from various locations throughout the city.
