The Aegean Mooloolaba is located centrally making it possible to park the car in the free car park provided and not take the car out until it's time to leave. A 60 meter walk to the beach makes it easy for all wishing to feel the sand between their toes and swim between the flags.

The proximity to the beach makes the Aegean in a perfect spot. The Mooloolaba Surf Club, Mooloolaba Bowls Club and Yacht Club are close by. Sea Life is also a short walk away. The famous Mooloolaba Fisheries and The Wharf are also located nearby.There are lots of Restaurants and coffee shops to please all palates as well as boutiques for the shoppers in the surrounding areas.
