Welcome to Albert Samian Retreat, your dream coastal getaway. Step into this magnificent 4-bedroom haven, where relaxation and seaside splendour await. Nestled just moments from the stunning beach, it's the perfect spot to soak up the sun, surf, and sand. With multiple inviting living areas and a charming dining space for 10, this retreat comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it the ideal setting for memorable family gatherings and friend-filled adventures. HEATING & COOLING Split systems in all the bedrooms and the loungerooms BEDROOM LAYOUT - SLEEPS 12 GUESTS Bedroom 1: - 1 x Queen Bed (2 guests) Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen bed and 1 x Single bed with trundle (4 guests) Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen Bed (2 guests) Bedroom 4 - 1 x Tri-bunk Bed (double/single) and 1 x Single bed (4 guests) Please note bedroom 1 is downstairs, and bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are upstairs. The upstairs loungeroom has a lounge and sofa bed, which is not advertised but is a bonus. Doonas, pillows and doona covers are provided. Sheets and towels can be hired. Please get in touch with Ready Set Stay for further information and pricing. We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or fees will be charged. There is external CCTV in place. Rest assured, the system is only monitored in the event of any concerns or issues.

Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions.
