A unique luxury self contained 3 Bedroom hinterland guesthouse for up to 6+,+a 2 ha spectacular landscaped private botanical garden shown on DVD "Worlds Greatest Gardens"-spectacular, tranquil,quiet, without equal, world famous, close to beaches & shops . A totally unique subtropical setting, enriching to the soul, See plants 100-200 yrs old .A pool is available & rooms have-3 new smart TV,s, with Netflix / movies etc. A truly memorable experience to be enjoyed. Pet & child friendly. The bedrooms are spacious with wardrobe storage in both master bedrooms. The lounge /dining area can comfortably accommodate 6+ adults for both meals and entertainment. The 2 new leather recliners seat 3-4 adults on each. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 gas burners & an electric oven + a microwave oven if needed, and all cooking utensils etc. The gardens are established 30 years, and the gardens are now opening for guests to stay. Ideal for a weekend escape or longer stay to explore the Sunshine Coast and hinterland. The plant collection featured on 5 different TV shows & is unique! Everything in the guesthouse is in new condition, & the facility has 2 large bathrooms one for each main bedroom.

We opened our guesthouse so we could meet and enjoy new 'friends' and share our now world famous garden with others. We live on Sunshine Coast, Australia and work as a : CEO Company Director & Seminar presenter. The optional garden tour takes 40 minutes and is a highlight for guests as many of the plants are ancient and extremely rare and cannot be seen anywhere else in Australia ,not even in the National Botanical Gardens. It is an experience to remember!
Peter’s home is located on the Sunshine Coast in the Ilkley area, South East Queensland, Australia. A famous tourist destination with exceptional beaches, scenic forests and mountain views.Our place is in a very quiet rural setting, 5 minutes drive off the Bruce Hwy & Forest Glen, close to everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer, without the noise or crowds. The guesthouse is 300 metres from the road so almost total quiet except for the sound of nature. The small 'town' of Eudlo with general store & coffee shop is 5 minutes drive away. Superb restaurants 10 min.s away in Buderim. The guesthouse setting is extremely peaceful and energising.
