Baudin House is a beautifully presented beachfront holiday home situated in the charming seaside town of Penneshaw, the "Gateway to Kangaroo Island, South Australia. Hog Bay, a beautiful, pristine, safe swimming beach has fantastic views to the mainland. The house is modern, with a spacious kitchen with Miele appliances, large deck with barbeque facilities, 3 bedrooms, main with ensuite, second and third bedroom opposite the main bathroom, separate toilet. Family orientated, enclosed garden for all the family to enjoy. Wood combustion fire for the winter months with air-conditioning for summer. The large garage on the ground floor accommodates 2 cars and a table tennis table to enjoy with friends.
The essence of the property was eloquently captured by a recent guest "perfectly located within Penneshaw. Fantastic views of the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing by the beach as you listen to the crackle of the fireplace. Several trails in close proximity worth seeing. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay, all the mod cons and more. Nicely secluded and quiet neighborhood- all you can hear is nature"
Standing on the deck of Baudin House there are wonderful views of the beach, Sealink travelling from Penneshaw Terminal to and from Cape Jervis, sunsets and a wonderful space to relax with family and friends, is very quiet and close to all facilities. Three wineries/restaurants are within 15 kms, 3 fantastic beaches closeby, a golf course is most enjoyable with views of the sea,

Baudin House is 5 minutes from the Penneshaw Ferry Terminal, the address is 5 Cheopis Street, Penneshaw. After driving along Frenchmen's Terrace, turn right opposite 3 Norfolk Pines into Cheopis Street and Baudin House is the second house on the left-hand side. The house has a large garage on the lower level for you to park your car and living is upstairs via a flight on stairs.
