Our bayside bungalow is ideal for solo travellers, couples or even parties of three visiting Frankston and the wider Mornington Peninsula. The separate dwelling is in a peaceful and private location to ensure a relaxing stay. Within walking distance to Frankston Hospital and Monash University, it’s the perfect spot. Conveniently positioned across the road from a supermarket and bottle shop, take away food shops, a laundromat and a post office. There is no need to drive anywhere! Plenty of parking available, owners with local knowledge for secret spots, great places to eat & visit or just stay in and enjoy the space. Our cozy bungalow has one large bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, and a living room that boasts a couch that converts to a single bed to accomodate a third guest if needed. With an Apple TV connected to the Smart TV, your streaming needs are taken care of. Equipped with a modern kitchen and heating & air conditioning to ensure comfort. Freshly renovated and styled, with the added bonus of privacy makes this place the ideal getaway destination. Not to mention the courtyard with a BBQ and dining area to enjoy. Stay for a while or stay for a night and experience the luxury of being so close to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

Whether we’re out running the trails, cooking up something fresh, exploring hidden spots, or relaxing at the beach, we’re always finding new things to love about this place—and we hope you will too. We enjoy meeting our guests when it feels right, but we’re just as happy to give you all the space you need. Whatever your style, we’re here to make your stay relaxing, easy, and memorable.
A short 20 minute walk takes you to the beautiful Olivers Hill Boat Ramp and beach, great coffee shops within a 10 minute walk, Sweetwater Creek is a 15 minute walk and parks and playgrounds are all within arms reach. Hop in your car to head into town, only 6 minutes to Frankston CBD or 10 mins to Mt Eliza.
