Cape Cod in Capel Sound – Family-Friendly Townhouse by the Coast Cape Cod in Capel Sound is a bright and inviting 3-bedroom townhouse perfectly set up for a relaxing family getaway. With a spacious layout across two levels, this home offers all the comforts needed for a coastal break—including a master bedroom with ensuite, central bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and an additional powder room. The light-filled open-plan living area features a Smart TV and flows out to a secure courtyard, ideal for kids and pets (welcome by prior arrangement). Stay comfortable year-round with split system heating and cooling, plus a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. A double garage provides convenient off-street parking for two cars. Bedding Configuration: Master Bedroom (downstairs): Queen bed + ensuite Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Queen bed Bedroom 3 (downstairs): Two single beds Tucked between Rosebud and Rye on the Mornington Peninsula, Capel Sound offers the best of coastal living without the crowds. Known for its calm bay beaches, family-friendly foreshore, and laid-back atmosphere, it's an ideal destination for those looking to unwind. You'll find local cafés, shops and walking trails nearby, while Peninsula Hot Springs, golf courses and wineries are just a short drive away. We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience. Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
