This is a beautiful private room in a shared 2 bedroom apartment with private parking. This accommodation is shared with the owner and 2 gorgeous cats. It has shared accessible kitchen and bathroom. Large living area with lots of natural sunlight. This is a central accommodation 8kms from the CBD and 2kms from the beach. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and walking distance to the tram stop and train stations.
I am 34 year old professional who likes meeting new people and hosting. I would like to share my beautiful apartment to someone who enjoys the city and beach life as much as I do.
Elwood is a quiet beach areas with some of the hidden gems of Melbourne. Elwood is famous for its canal, beach, lookouts and gardens. There are multiple cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs within walking distance and great place to meet and make friends with locals.
