The Host is a retired teacher and retired lawyer, 76 year old and speaks English, Malay, Indonesian and Mandarin Chinese. He was a graduate from the University of Malaysia in 1977, has a teacher's diploma for Secondary Schools and was a school teacher with the Education Department of WA until his retirement in 2000. He was admitted to the Local Bar in 2003 and is now no longer a practicing lawyer. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Murdoch University School of Law 2002.

The property is a new addition at the rear of our home at No. 387 Alexander Drive, Dianella WA 6059. It is 7 kms away from Perth Central Business District. There is a bus service every 10 minutes to the City and from then to anywhere in Perth either by train service of bus service.

1) Dianella -suburb of Perth, Western Australia of the local government area of the City of Stirling. It is named after the botanical title of a small blue lily, Dianella revoluta, - was plentiful in the area prior to residential development. 2) A number of small parks in Dianella and a large regional open space. Vicinity Centres Dianella is the major shopping centre in the suburb, with several smaller local stores with shopping centres in Morley Galleria and Mirrabooka Shopping Centre. Education is provided by a number of primary schools as well as high schools in Mirrabooka and Morley. 3) Dianella Regional Open Space is at the junction of Alexander Drive and Morley Drive and provides a landscape feature for the suburb as well as sporting facilities. The area is home to a number of sporting codes, including lacrosse, football, little athletics, soccer and cricket as well as many more indoor sports. 4) In 2015 StirlingBuzz announced Ashington Crescent had taken out the prize of best street gardens in Dianella. Prevelly Parkway was named as best community street and Tame Court took out the best small street award.
