Perth city centre is less than a 20-minute drive from Ellard B&B. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with your daily breakfast, which includes cereal, bread, yoghurt, juices and jams. You can unwind after a long day in the guest lounge. There is also an outdoor seating area available. Your air-conditioned room offers an electric kettle, a refrigerator and a work desk. Some rooms have an en suite bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and free toiletries.

We are located within minutes from Perth Airport which makes it a perfect place for a stop over or a transit. We offer Free Continental Breakfast and Free WIFI.
There is a supermarket, a pharmacy, post office, some shops and some restaurants and take away food places within 5 minutes walking distance. The bus stop to the city of Perth Airport Terminal 3/4 is only 100 metres away.
