Eucalyptus Escape is a unique 17 acre property, with 14 acres of remnant forest, perfect for the person or family wanting privacy and to reconnect with nature. The large deck looks out into the forest, perfect for those people who are birdwatchers and nature lovers. An outside bath offers an opportunity to sit back and relax while listening to nature. The outdoor firepit is perfect to sit around and relax in the evening. For those wanting the rural experience, the back deck looks out onto the surrounding farms. You can sit back at sunset and listen to the cows and watch the sheep and geese wondering down the road.
The property is completely private and there will no one else accessing the property. We live locally in Brisbane (1 hour away), so can be reached if required for any emergencies.
Located on the Blackall Range(Jinibara country), 90 minutes from Brisbane and about 30 kilometres south west of Caloundra, Eucalyptus Escape neighbours the Annie Hehir Road Environment Reserve. The Environment Reserve is an exceptional conservation area containing high biodiversity values and pristine waterways, providing a rare glimpse into what parts of the Sunshine Coast hinterland would have looked like prior to European settlement. is renowned for its lush environs and numerous scenic spots.
There are walking tracks on the property as well as within the conservation reserve next door. As the property is at the end of a no through road, traffic is minimal. The property is in close proximity of the Glasshouse Mountains for those who want to do walking and/or climbing, or close to cafes / markets at Peachester and Melany.
