Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers/Mantra/BFree Surfers Paradise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Mantainance Notice: The Pavilion Mooloolaba, an independent restaurant next to Mantra Mooloolaba Beach, is undergoing renovations to enhance its services. Work occurs Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with some noise expected, finishing by December 2025. Hotel facilities remain unaffected. We appreciate your understanding.
