Offering free WiFi, an outdoor swimming pool, a fine-dining restaurant and a casual dining area, WiFi is available free of charge throughout the hotel guest rooms including in the cottages. Royal Mail Hotel is located in Dunkeld. Guests are invited to join a chef-led tour of the famous Royal Mail Hotel Kitchen Garden, the largest of it's kind in the Southern Hemisphere. Kitchen Garden Tours run at 10am on select dates and must be booked via reception (the tour is not complimentary). Located at the southern edge of the Grampians National Park, Dunkeld Royal Mail Hotel is 5 minutes' drive from Mount Sturgeon. It is 25 minutes' drive from Hamilton. Hotel guests are provided access to exclusive walking tracks including the Woodlands wonder track which leads to a heritage-listed River Red Gum, estimated to be more than 420 years old. Wickens at Royal Mail Hotel is a fine-dining experience, encompassing the four stories of the hotel – food, wine, people and place. The Wine Cellar Tutorial is at 3.30pm and there is a $25pp fee which includes a comparative tasting in the Cellar. The tutorial must be pre-booked with reception.. It includes a comparative wine tasting, set amongst the hotel’s 30,000 bottle collection. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV, Nespresso coffee machines and a selection of herbal teas are provided complimentary. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and bathrobes. Some rooms have a mountain view and a garden view. Facilities at Royal Mail Hotel include a luggage storage. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including hiking. Free on-site parking and electric vehicle charging stations are provided.
