The ultimate beachside escape! This new property is just 400 metres from the beach & shopping district. The 2 bedrooms both enjoy the convenience of their own bathroom- a lounge & balcony with views to Arthurs Seat completing the picture upstairs. Year round comfort is assured with 4 split systems throughout & a convenient European laundry. This is the ideal holiday rental, with excellent amenities and plenty of features.
We are a friendly couple who live just under an hour away north of our holiday home. We love the area and the beach and so have just started making Rosebud our number 1 place to visit.
We encourage you to make the most of your stay by visiting some of the surrounding areas and attractions, such as;
• Peninsula Hot Springs – (Springs Lane, Fingal) Your relaxation bathing indulgence can be enjoyed at the natural thermal mineral pools.
• Shelly’s Place balcony takes in the glorious views of Arthurs Seat. Boasting its Eagle Sky lift Gondolas, Enchanted Maze Garden, Family Activities and the many wonderful walks. The amazing views of the Peninsula beaches and coastlines from the lookout is definitely worth checking out.
• Top Fun Games – (1223 Point Nepean Rd, Rosebud), situated a short walk away, at the end of Third Avenue and next to KFC, Top Fun Games has a 36 hole mini golf course, ten pin bowling and a games room.
