Your studio, with beautiful ensuite, is a small yet stunning, luxurious haven in quiet North Bondi, high on a hill, with your own private inclinator (lift) which takes you to your Sydney home. We are totally quiet & secluded, located away from the hustle and bustle of Bondi Beach, yet we are just a gentle 10 minute walk away. And you have ample guaranteed unlimited free parking! (Bondi Beach parking is very difficult unless expressly offered, and is very very expensive).
We have only recently listed on Booking:Com but our total reviews elsewhere are about 150 X 5-star reviews and 14 X 4 Star reviews and we have attained 'Superhost' status in recognition of who we are and what we provide. We invite you to experience our hospitality.

I'm known as a friendly and easy going person (I hope I am – I work as a psychotherapist), and I’m usually easily available for assistance or advice if needed. I speak English and Hebrew fluently and German and Dutch moderately and my wife speaks French as well. I can get by in Russian but you will have to speak very slowly!
When guests ask for something, I generally go out of my way to accommodate them. I’m sometimes available for a coffee and a chat - with suggestions on where to go and what to do, but if guests want privacy, I totally stay away from any interaction.
I may also be available for an airport pickup but that has to be pre-arranged.
Why this property? Because we are unique inasmuch as we know of no other properties in this price bracket which have the views, the quiet, the ambience and the cache that we have. We are near to the beach (10-15 minutes away), yet located in a quiet uncluttered environment, offering absolute peace and security.
You are unlikely ever to hear traffic sounds as you enjoy superior accommodation with the best of everything. Huge luxurious bath-sheets await you, modern fittings, coffee-maker, blade-less fans, comfortable bed, quiet airconditioning etc
The well-known Shuk is about 10 minutes walk away - for exquisite Middle Eastern meals. A laundrette, medical facility, bottle store & pharmacist are all within 5 minutes walk and the Bondi Beach Esplanade is about 20 minutes away - teaming with restaurants, bars, shops and life.
The famous Bondi-Coogee walk along the cliff face of the sea, is just 15 minutes away & there is a golf club within walking distance.
North Bondi is one of the safest neighbourhoods in Sydney, quiet, beautiful & well-established. Studio is 10 minutes away from Bondi Beach markets, steakhouses, ethnic restaurants, stalls, high-end shopping & trendy sets
