We are located in the Heritage precinct of Devonport on the highest point in the city, and as such have the best views over the city, the Spirit of Tasmania Port and the ocean. We are also surrounded by many other heritage properties. Walking around the neighbourhood is very safe and less than 5 minutes to the CBD.
