HOUSE RULES • Check-in: After 15:00 • Check-out: 10:00 • No smoking • No parties or events • Pets allowed (see Pet Policy below) • The home accommodates up to 6 guests using the sofa bed upon request. Please advise at the time of booking if required. ADDITIONAL RULES • Guests must comply with the NSW Short Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) Legislation 2020. • Please inform us of any extra guests or day visitors for safety and insurance purposes. • A Short Term Rental Agreement and Pre-Authorisation form are required in place of a security deposit. • This is a strict no-party property: – Maximum overnight guests: 6 – Day visitors: Up to 3 – Maximum people on the property at any time: 9 • Only registered guests may be on the property unless written approval is provided in advance. • Strict no-smoking policy. Evidence of smoking may result in a AUD 500 fee. • Please respect neighbours—no loitering or excessive noise, especially after 21:00. • Breach of house rules may result in eviction without refund. • Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and may incur a fee. PET POLICY • Pets up to 10 kg only, with prior approval. • Pet fee: AUD 110 per stay (covers additional cleaning). • Pets are not permitted on furniture. DATE CHANGES • Date change requests are only considered if check-in is more than 1 month away. • Subject to approval and possible surcharges. THINGS TO KNOW • Suitable for babies and children. A travel cot is provided (linen not supplied). No highchair available. • Check-in details will be sent the night before or the morning of arrival for security reasons.
