Located just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and perched neatly above the centre of Bondi's cafe and restaurant quarter. Enjoy the leafy aspect from the small balcony which open the apartment up to the sun, breeze and buzz. Modern quality furniture and furnishings, great comfy King bed, storage, AC throughout, large TV w streaming, laundry, LIFT and security access.

Its a fantastic area - you're so close to all that Bondi has to offer - but Bondi is in the middle of a building boom ... and in 2024 we have a building oppoisite being redeveloped. The builders will start around 7 am and generally finish 3-4 pm. We can't predict if it'll be noisy but think its fair that we alert you. You'll be just back from the main strip and its lovely and private and generally quiet ( unless the local builders are having a busy day )
