This modern 3 -bedroom apartment, 2.5 bathroom townhouse is perfectly positioned with sweeping water views Watch dolphins glide past from your private balcony, enjoy a morning coffee in the sunshine, or stroll to local cafes, restaurants, and the foreshore. Inside, you'll find a bright open-plan living space, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with pool, spa and private jetty. Newly furnished, painted and carpeted. This property feels like a home away from home. This property has 3 bedrooms. One queen, one double and 2 single beds. All bedrooms have balcony access with beautiful water views 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 queen and 1 x 2 single beds. All bedrooms have split cycle heating and cooling systems that work very well. It also has an onsuite in the master with bath, additional toilet and shower upstairs with a 3rd toilet downstairs. There is a huge outdoor living space downstairs directly onto the water with a wrap around balcony on the second floor. A spacious kitchen and living area with TVs in the master bedroom and living room. Free wifi and access to netflix etc
