The building at No. 1 Collins Wharf is part of the Collins Wharf development in Docklands, Melbourne. This area is a newer extension of the city, with most buildings completed in the late 2010s to early 2020s.

That’s why I truly enjoy welcoming guests from around the world and making sure they feel comfortable, supported, and at home. I personally manage every detail — from check-in to check-out — because I believe the little things make a big difference. I love Melbourne and especially our beautiful building at No. 1 Collins Wharf. It brings me joy to share this peaceful and vibrant part of the city with others. Outside of hosting, I enjoy art, cinema, nature walks, and discovering hidden gems around Melbourne — and I’m always happy to share local tips to make your stay extra special. About the Neighbourhood Our apartments are located in one of Melbourne’s most scenic and peaceful areas — Collins Wharf in Docklands. Guests love the calm waterfront views combined with easy access to the city’s best attractions. You’ll be just a short walk from Marvel Stadium, and right next to the beautifully designed Dock Library, Community Hub, and Boat Club. Getting around is easy and convenient — we’re in the Free Tram Zone, with Tram 11 and Tram 48 stopping nearby. Southern Cross Station is also close, easily reachable by foot or tram, making it ideal for airport connections and exploring beyond the city. You can enjoy peaceful riverside walks, or head to nearby hotspots like DFO South Wharf for shopping, Southbank’s galleries, Crown Casino, or a variety of cafes and restaurants. The area offers the perfect balance of relaxation and city life — ideal for both short stays and longer getaways.
