Boasting a garden and views of sea, Annabelle's is a recently renovated apartment situated in Saint James, a few steps from Paynes Bay Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a patio, tennis at the tennis court, free private parking and free WiFi. The property features barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture. The apartment complex will provide guests with air-conditioned units offering a wardrobe, a kettle, an oven, a microwave, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, a terrace and a private bathroom with a shower. There is also a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen equipped with a toaster, a fridge, and a stovetop. At the apartment complex, units are fitted with bed linen and towels. The Company was established in 1985 and consisted of three different business models. Two were sold and now we concentrate on vacation rentals only.
In addition, we manage five other properties. One is a located on the beach side and the others are on the other side of the street in separate buildings.
All are tropically decorated and two are very economically priced.

Annabelle's is an exciting property in an area of high-priced hotels with a safe and spectacular beach.
Each apartment is individually decorated in tropical style and the largest of these apartments is beachfront and is suitable for families and safe for children.
Those guests who prefer can relax in the beach garden. Showers are provided for guests to use when they come out of the sea or they can use the taps next to the entrances.
A shared washer is provided for the use of all guests as well as a barbecue, beach towels and beach chairs.
On the same site are two other apartments, a one-bedroom upstairs air-conditioned apartment with an outdoor balcony looking out to the sea from the side of the building and a ground floor air-conditioned Studio apartment looking towards the street and the parking lot.
Parking is free in our large parking lot. Regular public transportation is just outside our property.
Wifi reception on the property is good and is free.
You will be delighted to see the crabs that come out in the evening and sometimes we have a visiting monkey family too.

In this area you can dine at a fancy hotel or stand in line at the local beach bar. It is also to have dinner at a quiet little roadside cafe which has live music on some nights or pick up a snack at a roti shop or deli. In addition there is a 24-hour convenience store and gas station.
The people who live in the area are laidback and helpful. The area caters to tourists but is not "touristy" since lots of locals people live nearby.
Guests are expected to take sensible precautions but the area is a safe one.
