RESERVATION PAYMENT & FEES: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to check-in. The full amount of the booking will be due if your arrival date is within 30 days of the booking date.
Please note that a USD$4.38 per room per night levy government tax will be charged upon check-in. This applies to all Barbados properties as of July 1st, 2018.
Security Deposit: A Security Deposit of US$150.00 (One Bedroom Superior Suite), US$250.00 (Two Bedroom Apartment) or US$300.00 (Three Bedroom Penthouse) is required on arrival charged to a credit card (Visa or Mastercard), refundable upon check out.
CHECK-IN: Upon check-in, photo identification and a credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
CANCELLATION POLICY:Please note unless you have selected a non-refundable rate, the deposit paid is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your arrival. The full amount of stays are non-refundable within 30 days of your arrival date. Should you need to cancel your reservation or change your arrival date, please make sure to let us know as soon as possible to avoid losing your deposit. Refunds will not be provided for unused nights as a result of late arrival or early departure.
INSURANCE: Guests are recommended to have and are responsible for insurance covering: cancellations, curtailment, and loss of baggage, personal effects and valuables. Please secure valuables in the in-room safe. The hotel will not be liable for lost items.
