Discover the amazing vibrancy of the Caribbean and stay in one of our beautifully renovated and comfortable holiday apartments on the west coast of Barbados. The apartment is located on a hill - offering views of the gardens and those beautiful sunset hues over the oceanic horizon. The apartment consist of 1 airconditioned master bedroom including a bathroom with WC and a shower. The living area contains a comfortable pull-out sofa bed for extra sleeping space, which flows into an open plan fully kitted kitchen. The space is ideal for socialising with lots of light as it flows onto a covered balcony. The apartment has a smart TV with Netflix and other apps. Secure parking available on site. The apartments are located on a hill – This may not be suitable for wheelchair users, however Taxi services are available. A washer/dryer is located in the downstairs shared laundry room. The area in brief: The apartment is located on a hill, in a quiet community, so sit back on your own balcony, relax and enjoy! Just 500 yards away is the nearest supermarket and bus stop. This is also where you’ll find the stunning west coast beaches covered with white sands and turquoise seas. Enjoy a fresh coconut water (or the local Banks bear!) and soak up the sun and the sea, in undisturbed beautiful Caribbean surroundings. Bridgetown, Speightstown and Holetown are just a short drive or bus journey away, where you will find plenty of shops as well as duty-free shopping. Lime Grove shopping centre offers duty free and luxury shopping for well-known brands and also lovely bars, roof top restaurants and fabulous cinema with waiters service! Coast/Beach - Fitts village beach is 500 yards away. La Cabane by Batts Rock is 5 minutes’ drive away and offers paddle boarding as well as beautiful food and cocktails in their restaurant and great atmosphere with DJs and their cool music. Paynes beach is 5 minutes by car with a variety of water sports including water skiing, snorkelling and wind surfing. Golf - Sandy Lane and Royal Westmorland less than 10 mins drive. Barbados Golf Club and Rockley Golf Club 30 minutes drive to the south coast. Travel - Grantley Adams International airport is a 30 minute drive. Distances - Fitts village is 500 yards away, while Holetown is a 7 min drive. The capital Bridgetown is 10 mins by car. Oistins, St. Lawrence Gap and the south coast is 30 minutes drive. Things to do - With the sun shining all year around - there is always plenty on offer to do. You might want to consider visiting the island during the famous Crop over carnival (usually happening in august). Or visit the Harrison caves, rum distilleries (and taste the rum too), experience a catamaran turtle and shipwreck snorkelling cruise, visit St. Nicholas Abbey or Bathsheba on the east coast for an entirely different feel of the island!
