The house is located in a prime area on the west coast of the island 7mins minutes from a beautiful Caribbean beach on Batts Rock and several other beaches in the surrounding areas.They are restaurants, supermarkets ,gas stations, banks, pharmacies, shopping malls, bars and much more.
The state of the art Usain Bolt Complex is only 500 m away, while Sandy Lane Golf Course and the Kensington Oval are just 10 minutes’ drive away. Folkestone Marine Park and Museum is less than 7 km away. The property is 15 minutes drive from the city of Bridgetown and also 5mins from public transportation that travels from north to south of the island. Taxi Service available a call away.
