9Hotel Sablon lies in a quiet area of Brussels just over a 5-minute walk from both Grand Place and the Manneken Pis Statue. It features free WiFi and free international newspapers. Please note that guests under 18 years old will not be accepted at the hotel unless they are accompanied by their parents.
On the day of arrival at the Hotel, the customer must present at the check-in the credit card used to guarantee the reservation or to make the prepayment and it should be matching with guest ID. Should the customer be unable to do so, the initial credit card will be refunded, and a new payment will be requested.
Please note that for reservations of 6 rooms or more, different rate and conditions will apply.
Dogs and cats weighing less than 7kg are accepted, limited to one animal per room and for an additional charge of 20€ per night.
Please note that if the cancellation policy of your booking is flexible, no prepayment is needed. However, the property can make a preauthorization on your credit card. This amount will be temporarily blocked on your account and will be released after few days.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of € 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
