We are three friends, Emilie, Jonathan and Victor, who have joined forces to create a rental management agency "Ardn-bnb". We take care of the concierge service of tourist accommodations for owners of houses and apartments in La Roche-en-Ardenne and surroundings. Our mission is to make your stay unforgettable. The accommodation is new and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160cm, the other with three beds of 90cm. Each room has a large wardrobe for storing clothes. - The master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and sink. - The bedroom with the three single beds will be able to use the large separate bathroom with a large shower, a toilet and a sink. You will benefit from a beautiful fully equipped kitchen open to the living room. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, percolator (ground coffee machine with filters), dishes, pans, pots and cutlery are provided. Some condiments are at your disposal (salt, pepper, sugar...). The living room is located on the commercial side of the center of La Roche-en-Ardenne. The television is connected to Proximus TV. It is possible to watch Netflix with your own login on channel 57. A pleasant reading corner has been set up. A washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal. Bed linen are provided for your stay. Bath towels are not provided. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 3-story building with 3 apartments. Our Ardn-bnb concierge office is located about 150 meters from the building.

The historic centre of La Roche-en-Ardenne is full of attractions. You can visit the ruins of the Feudal castle, the museum of the Battle of the Bulge, the La Roche sandstone. If you are more of a nature lover, you can only marvel at the natural surroundings of La Roche-en-Ardenne. Let yourself be lulled by the sound of the river, by kayak or on foot. Children will love the game park or the tour of the town on the little train. In the evening, during the summer, you can sit on the quays of the Ourthe to enjoy the free sound and light show of Berthe's Ghost, a legend of the castle. If you are more experienced walkers, don't miss the 13km walk around the Nisramont dam, make the trip to the Chlorophylle Park and discover the magic of the hamlet of Borzée.
