Nestled beside a small stream, this unique property consists of two separate houses, each with its own living room, offering comfort and privacy for families or groups traveling together. Ideal for nature lovers, scenic walks begin right at your doorstep. Enjoy day trips to picturesque towns like Durbuy, La Roche-en-Ardenne, Hotton, Dinant, and Rochefort. Whether you're exploring the Ardennes or relaxing indoors, De Zagerij is your perfect base. Inside, the home is warm and inviting with heating and a cozy fireplace. Enjoy amenities such as board games, table football, and a bar in the left house. Smoking is not allowed indoors, but ashtrays are provided at outdoor exits. Waste is sorted into two bins, black for general waste and green for compost, and collected every Tuesday. Parking is available on-site. Please respect the peaceful setting: refrain from using the radio after 20:00. For safety reasons, electric vehicles must not be charged via the domestic power network; doing so may incur extra costs. <br><b> Optional Utilities & Service Package </b><br><b> An optional utilities and service package of EUR 100,00 </b> can be selected prior to your arrival.
