Welcome to our beautiful villa, where we live with great care and love and are delighted to welcome our guests. Les Alisiers is a stately villa dating back to 1936, one of the very first houses on this street, which at the time was still surrounded by farmland. Today, the villa is located on a quiet, dead-end street, directly bordering the Deux Ourthes Nature Park. Here you can enjoy peace, space and nature, while staying in comfort and style. From the front door, you can step straight into the nature park, with countless walking trails through forests, rolling hills and along small rivers. It is an ideal place for those seeking tranquillity, hikers and lovers of the Ardennes. The villa offers four spacious and comfortable rooms of approximately 30 m², which is exceptionally large for a B&B. The rooms are bright, tastefully decorated and offer lovely views of the surrounding greenery. Guests are also welcome to enjoy our self-service bar and the large garden, perfect for relaxing, reading a book or unwinding after a day outdoors. We believe it is important that our guests feel at home right away: welcome, at ease and free to enjoy everything this special place has to offer. Les Alisiers is not a standard accommodation, but a warm and personal stay in a villa with character, history and a unique location in the heart of the Ardennes.

We are Bram and Inge, both psychologists, and we warmly welcome you to Les Alisiers. Inge grew up in Norway and Bram in South Africa, giving us both an international background and a natural curiosity for different cultures and ways of life. Over the years, we have travelled extensively and lived in various places, experiences that have shaped our open and welcoming approach. In our professional lives, Bram works as an investigative psychologist, supporting organisations with behavioural and psychological questions. Inge works as a psychologist and coach, guiding people in developing resilience and personal strength. At the heart of our work is attention, connection and creating a sense of safety — values that also guide us as hosts. In 2025, we instantly fell in love with this villa, its unique character, and its peaceful location. The Ardennes have long felt like a second home to us. Because we enjoy travelling ourselves and know how important it is to feel comfortable and at ease while away from home, we have created a guesthouse where guests can truly relax and feel welcome. We are happy to share our love for the surrounding nature, the tranquillity and the many activities the region has to offer, and we gladly provide tips for walks, excursions and special places nearby. We hope you will feel just as at home here as we do.

The park offers endless opportunities for walking, cycling and enjoying the rolling Ardennes landscape with its forests, rivers and beautiful panoramic views. In addition to its natural beauty, this region is also known for its rich Second World War history. Nadrin and the surrounding villages were situated right in the heart of the Ardennes Offensive (Battle of the Bulge). In the immediate area, you can visit numerous historical sites, monuments and museums, including the impressive Bastogne War Museum, as well as several memorials along former front lines. For guests with a particular interest, we can even assist in arranging a local guide, who brings this history to life in a personal and accessible way. For food lovers, Nadrin itself is home to an absolute highlight: the excellent restaurant Le Plum d’Oie, which we are happy to recommend to our guests. In addition, charming towns such as La Roche-en-Ardenne and Houffalize are just a short drive away, offering a variety of restaurants, terraces and shops. Whether you come for hiking, outdoor activities, culinary enjoyment or an in-depth historical visit, this area offers a surprising variety of experiences, while peace and space are always close at hand.
