Two magnificent apartments with character in a beautiful villa in Spa, one bedroom or two bedrooms, very bright, decorated with taste. Each apartment has its own separate and private entrance, so you are directly at home. You have a large terrace, a garden, and a free private parking space next to the house. Free wifi and cable TV. There is a secure bike shed in the garden.
You are ideally located at 5 minutes walking distance from the city center, with its shops, brasseries and restaurants, the funicular that leads to the Thermes, the wood and the park of the 7 Hours, the casino, 1,5km from Ravel Malmedy-Stavelot, 11km from the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps.
