This apartment, which can accommodate 5 people in three beds, is very good for long stays if you want to discover Antwerp and want all facilities like at home. The owner lives in this apartment when it's not rented out but is not around while you stay here. It is located in a very nice, quiet yet lively neighborhood but the city center is just 10 minutes away. The tram stops at the door. Parks and a swimming pool nearby, shops, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets. Central Station is just 6 tram stops away. In the total price you pay 90% is for the flat itself and 10% for the contents.
When you encounter a problem or have a question during your stay, you should send an email to the owner. He'll get back to you asap with a solution.
However, for questions regarding the normal use of the equipment available in the apartment you ar supposed to find the answer in the manual which you'll find in the apartment.
If you damage anything during your stay, you should let the owner know and send him a picture of the damage in order to settle the matter amicably.
The neighborhood is quiet and lively at the same time. The street has many shops, restaurants, a cash point right next door and a tramstop right in front. The night shop across the street is usually open until 01:30. a.m.
