Very quietly situated holiday home "Villa Karin" for 6 persons a few steps from the dunes, a little further is the beach by the sea. The house is equipped with all modern comforts and exudes cosiness and tranquility. A fully automatic ventilation system of type D was integrated in the entire house. You have a new modern installed kitchen with all appliances, even a washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. The three bedrooms are all equipped with Queen Size beds measuring 90 cm x 200 cm, one of which is a double bed (on the ground floor). On the 1st floor there are two rooms with 2 single beds each. All beds were equipped with very high-quality Bio Active mattresses. There is a large garden (800 m²) with sun terrace & BBQ Weber & loungers. The price for energy will be settled upon check-out according to your personal consumption, minus your advance payment. Conditions of the rental contract: A possible physical reception is only provided during the standard check-in and check-out hours. Linen is never replaced during the rental period. No breakfast is provided, nor additional services. The rental agreement is based on a separate rental price, whereby the rental price is divided into 90% real estate & 10% movable.

If you want to stay in peace, but a stone's throw from the sea and beach, this renovated house is an ideal holiday spot for you. There is a large fully enclosed garden (+800 m²) with sun terrace. The enclosed garden with garden wire and partly with wooden panels makes it a safe place for your small children and/or pets. At the back of the garden you can already see the place dunes at a distance of 100 meters, which invite you for a nice walk through the dunes towards the sea and beach. After your blissful night's sleep and relaxation in the holiday home, you can go in all directions to enjoy an exciting holiday. Not only are many nature walks through the dune area and/or nature reserves possible from this location, but also cultural sights, museum and others. Very close by you will find a sports center for Tennis, Skatepark, Fitness & Golf. There are many cycle routes with their cycle junctions. Water sports enthusiasts will also find something to their liking at the beach or marina. Also important here are the numerous restaurants that will also be able to charm you. Once back home in your holiday home you can enjoy the large garden that is completely at your disposal and of course all the facilities of your holiday home. Dicht bij de vakantiewoning zijn er verschillende sport en ontspanningsfaciliteiten en diverse bezienswaardigheden. Golf Ter Hille 27 holes, is gelegen op een afstand van slechts 1100 meter of met de wagen op 1 minuut. De club "Sycod", op het strand van Oostduinkerke, waar u Catamarans, Kites en strandzeilwagen kan huren, is slecht op een afstand van 2 km gelegen. Een mooie wandeling dwars doorheen de duinen (met start op 100 meter van uw vakantiewoning gelegen) brengt u tot het strand en zee. Er zijn wel 5 prachtige wandelroute welke u in de nabije omgeving kan maken. Wenst u meer van zeilsport te genieten kan u naar de grootste Jachthaven van Noord Europa rijden. Bij diverse clubs kan je een zeiljacht (met of zonder kapitein) huren. Een wandeling naast de havengeul langs de Orlent promenade tot aan het Staketsel (met een lengte van 490 meter) van Nieuwpoort zal u zeker kunnen bekoren. Op cultureel vlak kan u zeker terecht in het Museum Paul Delvaux te Koksijde of Visserij museum te Oostduinkerke of het Albert I monument te Nieuwpoort. Op culinair vlak kan u terecht in verschillende goede restaurants. Bij uw incheck geven we graag onze voorkeur van restaurants mee.
