Our villa is located in the picturesque village of Glozhene, at the foot of the Balkan Mountains — the perfect spot for a nature‑filled and peaceful getaway. 🏞️ Surrounded by greenery and hiking trails, the area offers scenic views over the Vit River valley. 🕍 Just a few kilometres away lies the historic Glozhene Monastery “St. George the Victorious”, founded in the 13th century and perched on a rocky cliff—perfect for photos and gentle walks 🌄 Approximately 2 km from the monastery is Morovitsa Cave, one of Bulgaria’s longest, accessible via a marked footpath in under an hour – fascinating for its geology and ancient history 💧 Nearby is Glozhene Waterfall, easily reachable from the road and especially beautiful in spring and summer – a perfect short stop or photo spot 🐴 For those seeking adventure, there are horseback riding trails through beech forests and meadows ending near the monastery, with panoramic mountain views 🎒 Whether you love hiking, birdwatching or simply unwinding amidst nature, the region offers it all.
