A nice and well planed apartments in 110 years old building, where the most popular Russian opera singer Shalyapin had his "afterparty" in the early 30ies. Located in a very center, only 10 meters from the Courthouse and 40 meters from the Vitosha blv and St. Nedelya church. This area provides all kind of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and etc. The apartments are really quite, although it is on the main center of the city. You’re always welcome to knock on my door for advice about Sofia’s life.

This area provides all kind of fitness center, shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and etc. The apartments are really quite, although it is on the main center of the city. Just on 10 meters from palace of justice and 40 meters from St. Nedelya catedral and the most popular bars and restaurants area- Vitosha blv. 5 min walking from the city garden and National Theatre “Ivan Vazov” 5 min walking from the central metro station “Serdica” 50 meters from “Free Sofia tour” starting point. All kind of restaurants, galleries, shops, cinemas are just on a step away.
