MouseHouse is a boutique guesthouse located at the best possible location for guests and friends of Plovdiv – on a quiet street in the extraordinary Kapana creative district, in the top center, only a few steps from the biggest attractions. The design of each of the three independent studios at MouseHouse is individual and inspired by the culture, arts and crafts of the area.
After the outstanding success of our beer bar Cat and Mouse which was at the base of the rebirth of Kapana we decided to create a natural continuation of the bohemian nights. We made not only a place to sleep, but also a place for a pleasant slow bohemian life, as it has been through the centuries in Plovdiv.
MouseHouse is not only a guesthouse. We want it to bring pleasure for the senses. With utmost respect, we renovated the interior of the 100-year-old house with the talented architects of the Archbits in Plovdiv. In the rooms you will feel the attention to every detail, every little thing.

Kapana is a pulse, an emotion, a provocation and a puzzle. Kapana, meaning “the trap” is at the same time discreet and yet significant and magnetic. It is the heart of the urban living in Plovdiv and deserves exactly this kind of spirit and future – of a creative district – and attractive space and hub for artists, curators, cultural managers, artisans, architects, software specialists, urbanists, writers, musicians and citizens from the entire country and abroad; whether that be a recognizable art level or simply a visitor. There is no other place in Plovdiv, which exists for more than 5 centuries, with such a concentration activities, creating such a remarkable sense of urban environment and atmosphere.
