Located 650 metres from the Gondola Ski Lift in Bansko, Platinum Hotel and Casino Bansko offers an indoor pool, a sauna, a Turkish Bath and a fitness centre, all free of charge. A relax centre is provided, while massage services are available at a surcharge. Free private parking is possible on site and free WiFi is available. The Gala Dinner is optional, if the guests decide not to attend they will have option for early dinner as part of they Half board package included in the rates. The new year Gala dinner cost 125 euro per adult and 62 euro per child 1.99 y.o. to 11.99 y.o.

The festive Gala Dinner will include:

- 5 course menu with included some alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks

- DJ show program during the whole evening

- Guest singer

- Fireworks show program

- Dancing show program

The payment for the New Year Gala Dinner shall be done on reception upon arrival.
