Our apartment is perfectly located in the very heart of Sofia — just steps from the city’s administrative center on one side, and only a few minutes’ walk from the lively pedestrian zone with its stylish restaurants and vibrant atmosphere on the other.
You’ll enjoy a wonderful stay in our bright and spacious 120 sq. m. apartment, situated right on Rakovski Street at its intersection with Dondukov Boulevard — truly at the center of Sofia’s pulse. Rakovski is one of the city’s most iconic and bustling streets, where you’ll find cozy bakeries, charming cafés, diverse restaurants, lively bars and clubs, boutique shops, theaters, galleries, as well as convenience stores and pharmacies.
Nearby, you can also discover the National Opera, fascinating landmarks of ancient Serdica, and some of the most treasured sights of modern Sofia — all just a short stroll away.
We are a family from Sofia with two children. We love traveling, meeting people from all around the world, spending playful moments with our kids, enjoying quality time together, and sharing our love for music.
The apartment is an ideal starting point for pleasant 5–10 minute walks to many of Sofia’s most iconic landmarks. Within easy reach, you can explore the remains of the ancient Serdica settlement, admire impressive religious sites such as the spectacular Orthodox St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral or the medieval St. Sofia Basilica, and stroll to remarkable spots of the modern city like the yellow-paved Knyaz Alexander I Square, home to the National Art Gallery, Sofia University, the Presidency, and the Parliament.
Just 10 minutes away lies Vitosha Boulevard, Sofia’s famous fashion street, lined with stylish boutiques, countless shopping opportunities, and a lively mix of trendy cafés, bars, and restaurants.
