Please note that all minors must present a written authorization if they are not accompanied by their parents or legal guardian, according to the Child and Adolescent Statute (Law 8.069/90). Minors under the age of 18 must present a photo ID, original birth certificate or certified copy, even when accompanied by their parents. Children under 07 years old can stay free of charge if sharing the same bed with their parents. An additional fee will be charged for an extra bed.

When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24 hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.
