根据巴西联邦法律8.069/1990号规定，18岁以下的未成年人须在父母或指定成人的陪同下入住酒店。如未成年人由其父母以外的成年人陪同，需出示书面授权书方可办理入住。此授权书必须由父母双方签字且经过公证。同时，客人需出示经过公证的父母双方身份证件的复印件。
所有未满18岁的未成年人均需出示附有照片的有效身份证件，以证明自己及其父母的身份。由其父母陪同入住的未成年人亦必须出示上述身份证件。
如果未成年人仅由父母一方陪同，则须出示由缺席一方签字并经过公证的授权书，以及缺席一方经过公证的身份证复印件。
根据圣保罗州州法律（Estadual Law of São Paulo）第15.449号规定，酒店将留存未成年人的身份证复印件和授权书（需由少年法庭认证签名）。
