With departures on Mondays and Fridays, Grand Amazon Expedition offers a different lodging experience where guests can explore the beauty of Solimões and Negro rivers, as well as the local culture of the Amazon region. Facilities on board include 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, gym, spa and a boîte. Grand Amazon Expedition also hosts folk shows and educational lectures about the Amazon wildlife. The tour desk organises activities such as boat rides, ecological hikes and pink dolphin watching. Guests must book in advance. The spacious cabins feature a private balcony. From the private balcony of their cabin, guests enjoy gorgeous sunsets. The accommodation is equipped with a full bathroom, satellite TV, radio, telephone, safe, minibar and Wi-Fi. With an all-inclusive rate, this luxurious hotel-ship offers 2 restaurants and 2 bars. Local dishes, international cuisine, exotic drinks and spirits are available. Room service is provided too. Grand Amazon Expedition offers 3 route options: Solimões River (3 nights), Negro River (4 nights) and both rivers (7 nights). This hotel-ship departs from Manaus Port on Mondays and Fridays.

Iberostar departures from Manaus Port and guests will receive all the details about their chosen routes.

It is mandatory to take a Covid-19 test at a cost of BRL90 at check-in. Boarding is only allowed with a negative result.

The property will pre-authorize the card with the value of the no show cancellation fee.

Please note that guests are required to present the credit card used for the reservation upon check in, along with a valid photo ID.

In case a third party card is used, guests are required to present a notarised copy of the credit card bill, as well as a notarised copy of the credit card used for the reservation. Please contact the property for further details.

Passengers must present proof of vaccination with a complete schedule to board. If they do not present this proof they must perform the antigen test at check-in, in the amount of R$90, and boarding will only be allowed with a negative test.

The booking charge will appear on your credit card statement in the name of: Amazon Jungle Cruise Navegação e Turismo. For more information about the charge for this reservation, please contact the hotel. The name of the credit card holder used for payment must match the name of one of the guests listed on the reservation. Upon check-in, the same credit card and an official ID must be presented. Payments are not accepted at the hotel. Unpaid reservations will be cancelled prior to arrival.

If an invoice is requested, it will be issued by Amazon Jungle Cruise Navegação e Turismo, based in Brazil.

The type of bed selected is subject to availability at the hotel. The establishment does not accept bookings of 10 rooms or more. All bookings of 10 or more rooms will be considered as a group and are subject to the terms and conditions for groups.

Guests are required to show a valid ID card and credit card upon check-in at the hotel. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. The primary reservation holder must be 18 years of age or older at the time of check-in to the hotel.
