During this period, from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., it is requested that windows and balconies remain closed and that garages remain vacant. GENERAL RULES: - Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM - Check-out: by 11:00 AM - If the host needs to visit the property after 8:00 PM, a convenience fee will apply. - Extra bed linens/towels and cleaning services are requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone. - Entry of guests or visitors exceeding the property’s capacity or not registered in the reservation is prohibited. - No smoking is allowed. - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited and subject to fines. - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Any violation of condominium/neighborhood rules is the responsibility of the guest, including fines. - For stays longer than 30 days, an additional cleaning fee will be charged for a new cleaning and replacement of bed linens and towels during the stay. * The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out. If the guest wishes for extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, along with bed linens for the indicated number of guests. Linen changes can be requested for half the regular cleaning fee.

Canasvieiras is located in the northern region, between Praia de Jurerê and Praia da Cachoeira do Bom Jesus. The calm waters and the region's infrastructure make Canasvieiras a place to go for a walk with family or friends. Due to the great infrastructure, Praia de Canasvieiras operates like a small city.
