* The hotel offers rates with or without breakfast.

* Note that breakfast prices available at the time of booking are prices per day and per person.

* Please note the booking confirmation voucher. If the voucher informs that there is no meal plan linked to the reserved room, it means that the reservation does not include breakfast. In this case, this service is available as an extra service and must be paid directly at the hotel. Costs are charged per day and per person.

* Availability of a crib or extra bed is subject to hotel availability. Only in cases of reservations made for a triple room, crib or extra bed is confirmed.

* According to art. 82 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, accommodation of minors under 18 requires the accompaniment of a parent or legal representative. The minor must present the identity card or birth certificate as well as written authorization from those responsible and authenticated by a notary.

* Arrivals expected in the morning, before the regular check-in time (ECI), pre-registration will be necessary, which guarantees the availability of the apartment upon the guest's arrival and will imply a full charge of one more night. For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Prior consultation with the hotel regarding availability is required."
